Emmett Hughes Bio
Singer-songwriter EmmeƩ Hughes (HunƟ ngton, New York) writes and performs original songs featuring an eclecƟ c mix of styles; rock, reggae, pop and singer songwriter, together with hearƞ elt lyrics. EmmeƩ performs solo as well as with his band, locally in and around the NY metro area. Performances feature songs from his fi rst album, Sixty Trips Around the Sun, (released in 2019), and his 2nd. album, The Third Degree, (released in 2025). In addiƟ on to being a musical mad scienƟ st, he’s a father and spouse, a chiropracƟ c physician, master gardener, intrepid sailor and sports a blistering tennis serve Media Interviews & Special Events.
Emmett has been the featured artist twice at NOOM, a songwriter’s performance event in Huntington, NY.
